질문 글에 올린 php.ini를 서버에서 사용한다면 글쓰기가 안되어야 합니다.
즉 그 파일은 서버에 영향을 미치지 않는 파일이라는 것입니다.
영향을 미치지 않는 파일이니 수정해봤자 헛 일 입니다.
서버 만들 때 사용하는 프로그램 홈페이지에 가서 잘 찾아보고 설정해보십시오.
이 설정은 xe 와는 무관하고 서버에서 먼저 설정 한 후 xe에서 파일 첨부 할 수 있는 용량 표시는 파일첨부 버튼 아래에 나타납니다.
